If you are sensitive or allergic to any ingredient listed, please don't purchase the product. Our products are meant for skin only. Keep all products out of eyes, ears, nose and mouth- common sense here. Please keep out of the reach of small children and animals. Speaking of animals, we and our sources would never test on any animal. There are more than enough willing friends and family to fulfill that role. For best results, we recommend using your products up within 6 months of purchase. Due to the fact that products are made fresh when you place your order, there may be some variations from batch to batch. We do strive for perfection however! For maximum freshness, please avoid getting water in the body scrubs.

Shipping Once your order ships, it cannot be cancelled. We offer USPS Priority mail shipping. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be lovingly made and ready to ship. We recommend insuring your order. The small amount added is worth your peace of mind. Most orders are received within 3 days of shipping if sent by USPS priority shipping. The flat rate is $8.95 without insurance for USPS. $10.60 with insurance. Please triple check your address for errors (it can happen to the best of us). Your order is carefully packed. If there is breakage, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim with them. We will help you in any way we can. Hold on to all of the original packing material including the box. Tax info Residents of Arizona are required to pay 8.5 sales tax on all orders. Payment Methods For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Returns We will gladly accept unopened, unused products for store credit only (we will issue a store credit for product only, not shipping). Please don't break the product seal as we cannot accept those items where the seal has been broken or removed. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can give you a return authorization number. We cannot accept your return without the authorization number. We need to receive your item back within 15 days from the original shipping date. If there is going to be a delay, please contact us. We are human and know that "things" come up sometimes.
